Overview

Our client is an International Bank looking for a Project Quality Assurance Project Manager to assist with a very long-term assignment. Experience with Actimize is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project owner and project manager to develop high-level project QA plan including QA standard/methodology and tasks along with timeline for completion
  • Conduct project QA with respect to project execution and project deliverables, including compliance, data, and technical deliverables and provide QA recommendations
  • Generate regular project QA reports to Compliancemanagement and/or Branch Senior Management and/or related committees
  • Evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure desired results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, majors in Business / Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
  • Certification in Project Management and/or Senior Project Management preferred
  • At least 7 years in the areas of: Project Quality Assurance
  • Strong analytical, investigative, reporting and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to operate in an independent manner without close supervision is essential as
    is ability to call out challenges and solutions timely
  • Must have working experience in project management or project delivery, IT related
    project management, AML Compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required,
    familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project,
    SharePoint, Jira, or others) a plus
  • Ability to create well defined Project quality assurance metrics
